Surface Preparation

Proper substrate preparation is essential to the overall integrity and lifespan of any floor. The main principle in this is to cleanly expose aggregates within the substrate to ensure there is sufficient key for new finishes.

To satisfy this need we have a dedicated surface preparation division who provide different types of specialist floor preparation which include,

• Removal of existing floor finishes,
• Diamond grinding,
• Scabbling or Planing
• Application of latex leveling screeds
