The £1.1m Marlborough Retail Park Redevelopment on the former B&Q site in Craigavon will see the unit divided up into various sized units with M&S Simply Foods and Burger King being some of the names opening new stores at this new development.

Contract Tile & Stone are due to start work onsite at the M&S Simply Foods unit in September
