The current phase of works in the brand new Fashion Quarter, is well underway.  The Fashion Quarter will double in size to 80,000 sq. ft. and will comprise of large, flagship units for key brands.

Retailers including Next, New Look, H&M and River Island have committed to taking larger stores within the new Fashion Quarter
